The Annual General Meeting
The Fylde League holds an Annual General Meeting once a year, which normally takes place an hour or so, prior to the annual presentation of prizes and evening supper for the league season. The host club for these events is generally the club winning the league championships.

An agenda is drafted, considered by the Committee and then sent out to all Scratch Team Captains and member clubs who are encouraged to attend. The AGM will discuss the season just finished, the highs and lows and will also present a set of Secretary and Treasurer reports to the committee for approval.

Once the AGM has discussed its business, the meeting and other players gather for the annual presentation of prizes and evening supper. These evenings are usually well received and to date well supported.
